Training Center of University of Science and Culture was established to address job creation, entrepreneurship, and promotion of human resource skills, and with the goal of training a specialist and expert force in four branches (across Tehran). In addition to designing, developing, and implementing courses requested by students and employers, the Center continuously undertakes needs assessment in order to meet the needs of ministries, organizations, and executive bodies (public and private). Then, applied-specialized courses are designed and developed based on the existing needs, which eventually create jobs for the learners.
